SENDSS service evaluation 2023-24

Historically, SEND Support Services (SENDSS) and City Psychology Service (CPS) have sent evaluations to schools, settings and colleges to complete at the end of the academic year to review the services provided.  This gives us vital information that helps us to review our services and address any concerns.  In addition to this, it allows us to provide data for the SEND inspection on the value of SENDSS and CPS.

The evaluations moved from paper copies to a Microsoft form several years ago and unfortunately, this has resulted in a significant reduction in feedback to our services.  To make the process easier for SENCO and head teachers, we have created a Microsoft form which incorporates all SENDSS teams and CPS.  If your setting has not accessed support from one of the teams this academic year, once you click ‘no’ it will move you to the next team’s questions. The form will only take approximately 10 minutes to complete. 

I know this is a very busy time of year, but your feedback is important to us. I hope you will be able to spare 10 minutes to complete the following evaluation.
