The Taxi Brokerage Service and PATS (Fleet) wrote to all schools recently to begin the process of preparing for the new school year in respect of transport for children with special educational needs. They are asking schools to complete their spreadsheet so that transport can be arranged for the new term.

Last year the Closing the Gap group agreed to convene and steer a multi agency group to look at how we could help children be more ready for nursery. The group has been meeting regularly and is doing some great work. One of the elements that Closing the Gap agreed to fund was a poster and media campaign.
