The Mead Institute for Professional Learning

The Local Authority is working with the Mead Institute for Professional Learning who offer a wide range of online governor courses. 

The 2024/25 courses can be found here.

Booking details are shown on the flyer.  The small charge of £30 per place is a charge to the school, not the individual governor. Courses are free for those schools who participate in the Closing the Gap project. Please let your school know if you book a place so that it can include any charge in its budget monitoring procedures.

Learning Link

For those governing boards who subscribe to NGA's Learning Link through us, governors have access to over  50 e-learning modules.
