Establishment portal

The establishment portal is the new portal for schools. It provides direct access to admissions information, including applications, school place allocations and other relevant data.

The portal is the main source of admissions information and replaces the previous School Portal and DataNet.

Benefits to schools using the portal

• View applications (where relevant) and school place allocation information.
• View whether students who are due to leave at the end of the academic year have submitted an admissions application yet and see the leaver’s likely destination base.
• Rank applications directly within the new School Admissions system– this functionality is used by the schools that undertake ranking of their own applications.

Access to the portal

Each member of staff must have an individual login. Please do not share your login details.
