We need to have as many pupils as possible on roll by school census day on 3 October 2024 to support budgets! Schools should provide regular information to the school admissions service if there are children on their intake lists (reception, Year 3 and Year 7) who they think are not going to take up their offered place. These offers can then be withdrawn and the places re-offered.

The multiplication tables check (MTC) was introduced as a DfE statutory data collection in 2022. The MTC is an on-screen assessment taken by year 4 pupils, which is designed to determine whether pupils are able to fluently recall their multiplication tables up to 12, through a set of timed questions.
