Higher level teaching assistant information evening

Hardship pay advance

Employees (or mangers on employees behalf) experiencing unexpected financial hardship can apply for a hardship pay advance. If approved, the advance will be paid into the usual bank account within 3 days. As the advance is from your salary, on pay day your salary payment will be reduced by the amount of the advance, so remember to budget for this.

Carbon Literacy Resources

This page contains all of the resources you will need to carry out Carbon Literacy Awareness training in schools. The course is accredited by the Carbon Literacy Project and students can be accredited if you wish to self fund at a cost of £10 per person.

This page contains all of the resources you will need to carry out carbon awareness training in schools. This course has not been formally accredited and therefore must only be used for school pupils. While there is no formal accreditation that goes along with this course, there is plenty of up to date information regarding carbon emissions for pupils to expand their knowledge.

Holocaust memorial day - writing competition

Students are invited to participate in the annual competition organised by Leicester's Holocaust Memorial Day Committee. This competition aims to help young people learn valuable lessons from history to build a brighter future. The theme for this year's competition is "For a better future".
